Why isn't it possible to get some orientation? The flight (begin of May) with Air France was cancelled by the airline itself. They promised to send me a voucher, which hasn't happened til now (August). Requests on the website are not being answered. Calling not possible. After asking by email 1 month ago no answer. I sent them the request for a refund on Facebook. They promised to send it to me by mail. Now I asked again after 3 months, somebody asked me to be patient and that it takes some more time because of COVID. Thank you, this is already my experience. This doesn't give me any orientation what will happen next and when approx. Other airlines are much more service oriented. Ethihad sent my money back, 4 weeks after the flight had been cancelled. And I could call the hotline. What they promised happened accordingly.

I enjoyed the flight in Air France, the plane arrived on time and it was easy to board it. While inside the instructions are given in French but with subtitles in English. Their video was funny and entertaining. The plane was comfortable and with a TV right in front of you, could watch whatever you want while the long flight. I got some with with my food and purchased some more to feel comfortable and it was relaxing. Overall the flight was long from Chicago to Paris and Back, it takes a long time but it is well worth it. The attendants were friendly back when you tried to speak French and if you are nice to them too of course. I cannot imagine dealing with many people all at once as they do so thank you. or Merci Air France. will fly with the airline again

Thank you to Air France..bravo frankly..I can be waited a long time on the phone..40 minutes..but I have my answer my tickets are postponed until the end of 2021..c is really the flagship of France. . in addition to welcoming Stewarts Hostesses on board at check-in and even for people with reduced mobility ..top .. Thank you Air France

Weird what is happening at Air France's baggage litigation service in Charle de Gaule CDG In transit in this airport for Montpelier, my luggage could not be loaded on my flight to mpl, because of an overload of work or a slight delay of my first flight, normal that happens with all the companies, So not having found my suitcase, I make my declaration online as a request, 3 days later I only receive the email confirming my request, and my suitcase could not be loaded. I contacted the baggage litigation service of CDG, to claim, to my surprise they informed me that my suitcase will be transported by road when there are more than 3 flights per day on Montpelier? !!!!! My poor suitcase was handed over to a private carrier, in return for a bribe for the latter to hand it over to Chronopost 3 days later? !!! and even the latter from Narbonne instead of delivering the suitcase, he sends me an e-mail to inform me that they have passed without finding me, whereas they never came, to this day I am waiting for them to inform me which relay point where they will throw it I hope not to find it empty I must conclude for the AF managers that they have baggage dispute scammers who work with private carriers to make a second pay The cost of transporting my suitcase from Paris to Narbonne is more expensive than my ticket PASSENGERS IN TRANSIT KEEP YOUR LUGGAGE WITH YOU
