I never got as far as traveling with this outfit. I asked for confirmation of a price for a transfer, they confirmed that price, I accepted the booking and then they added a further 20 euros. Email correspondence with an unnamed person who refused to honor the original price. They then ghosted me. Poor customer service, and I decided not to use them as while cheapest, I had no confidence they would show up.

Our family took their service twice from the train station to our hotel in Paris. We are 4 adults with 4 big suitcases. The driver is very nice and helpful. Great service, great car, and very reasonable price. I can't ask for more. I will use their service again when I return Paris next time
