What I deplore in this salon is the way of telling customers "you just have to book on the internet" to clear customs and not be more flexible with elderly people who call before coming! Hairdressers have a not very commercial way of doing things. Concerning me, it does not make you want to go to this salon!

The first two times very satisfied with the cut and especially with the friendliness of the dressing table. Today I came across an extremely unpleasant person, who only wanted to be done very quickly. No friendliness, it is limited if it does not put pressure on the customer.
