Theft, quite simply, I have no other word to describe it. I made an appointment by phone in the morning for 1 p.m. at this perfect level, but once I arrived for waxing the top of the lip which costs € 4, mentioned in huge numbers on the institute's window. She finished with the tweezers what I find good like that there is really nothing but the thing is that I have the impression that she does not remove anything and indeed when I look in the light of the day once in my car full of down again, no finish from it but the worst that justifies my unfavorable opinion even more. I give her 5 € in a bill, she thanks me but does not give me change. She sees that I am waiting and tells me that with COVID it is now € 5 and not € 4. I inform her that it says roughly € 4 on the window she says yes but you did not ask me for the price before it changed. Uh why ask for the price when this one is huge on the window !!! She shows me a flyer where he mentioned + 1 € above the different benefit columns and then strangely on the others nothing so I point out to her she tells me that she hasn't finished writing about the others. It's nonsense, unfinished service, I would have done better myself and in addition she steals clients with bogus explanations

I have always been well received in the salon whether for hair removal or nail poses. The boss does her job well, with care and delicacy unlike other salons. She has the merit of being alone in dealing with customers! I have been going for several years and I have never been disappointed with the result, I recommend 100%
