Attention before ordering. Non-professional seller. They accept payment and several days later cancel them. Deplorable customer service that offers no solution. To flee urgently!

I am in the continuity of the negative opinions towards chapter.com which does not respect its commitments towards its customers. Sign to boycott.

I ordered from this bookseller through the Amazon marketplace for an out of print book that had just been reissued with high demand. The announced deadline was approximately 5 days. After 10 days the book still hasn't shipped and I'm charged. I send a message to Chapitre.com confirming that the book will be available soon and that I had to be patient. In the end, my order was canceled the next day without any explanation or message of apology. I felt it coming ... I wasted almost two weeks with this not very serious reseller and took the risk of missing out on the book I was looking for which is fortunately still available directly from the publisher (in my opinion not for long considering the request)! I will never try to order anything from them again and hope with my experience that I can tell more than one.

Scammers !! I order books the order has been validated. Yet a few days later I receive an email informing me that they no longer have the books in stock and that the refund will be made within 8 days. To this day I am still waiting to be reimbursed despite my many complaints!

This seller described as pro by Cdiscount is absolutely not serious. It does not honor the sale and makes the suspense last for 3 weeks. Several cases like me apparently in the notices, I will report this step to the Cdiscount customer service. This kind of sign should not have its place.
