Vache Noire - Centre Commercial

For me who does not like shopping malls, this one is perfect because it is on a human scale, there are not too many people, the stores are rather homogeneous: neither "low-end" nor inaccessible and the customers is not there to squat all day in the aisles. And there is a roof terrace with nice grass on summer days. It may be missing 2 or 3 additional signs and additional parking spaces for 2 wheels. And especially facilities that prevent scooters to ride in the middle of pedestrians in front of the entrance to the center.
