Marc Prunier is my name. A simple request but impossible to be heard by the staff: A left rear wheel to be removed, take the wheel which is at the location of the spare wheel in the trunk, mount it on the left rear wheel after having changed, of course, the two rear tires (left and right) with these tires "4 SEASONS CONTINENTAL 185 / 65R15 92T ALLSEASONCONTACT XL". Redo parallelism adjustment of the 4 wheels + geometry check. It's simple but the only answer obtained by the ("seller") I quote: ".. you have to change the two rear tires .." Answer obtained 3 times for each of my requests !!! Faced with what appeared to me as a refusal to hear, I went to another center ... I had, however, greatly appreciated the FEU VERT of Saint Brieuc ... Perhaps there is a need for training in 'Haye les Roses !!! Pity.
