When you think of City Hall, or any other administration, the first idea that comes to mind is the slowness of the procedures ... Well at the City Hall of Bourg-la-Reine, I cannot say, it m proved the opposite! I had to renew my passport and identity card. After more than one unsuccessful call to the town hall of Antony (where I live), I called the town hall of Bourg-la-Reine to make an appointment to submit a file, and there first surprise: I am answered immediately, and very pleasantly! Between my call and the appointment, there was less than a week of waiting. During the drop-off meeting: the staff were charming: despite the masks (Covid requires) you can "hear" the agents smile. It's very pleasant! I also had another surprise: between my deposit of file (CNI + Passeport) and the reception of my documents, a week passed! I am aware that I have fallen into a period where requests for the renewal of identity documents is not a priority and have left me the field open for rapid reception. But making a pleasant and convivial appointment changes the perception that we have of our administrations! Well done !
