Villa Bellagio Villejuif (by Popinns)

Absolutely disgusting hotel, filthy and smelly, staff is rude and uninterested. Booking.com states parking at this hotel is free of charge but they charge you anyway. Breakfast is horrible, we skipped breakfast after 1 try but had to pay for the other days anyway. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Perfect hotel to go to rest after visiting the city, it has its own kitchen, the bus leaves you right there. It is true that we had to wash the kitchen utensils to use them, there were cobwebs under the desk, and we found the bedspread wrapped on the desk every single morning, hahahaha! Also the receptionists barely pay attention to you. But it is very cheap, spacious and quiet, if you want impeccable attention then pay more.

The room was clean and the receptionists were nice and helpful. The only bad things were that the elevator never seemed to work, which wasn't so bad for us because we had our room at the 1st floor, but there were also 3 other floors. The other thing was, that the hotel has not the best connections to the city. There is no metro or train station nearby. You are basically dependent on the bus that goes to Laplace. The bad thing about that, is that you can't stay out too late if you wanted, because the last bus comes at around 12.30 p.m. All in all a good choice if your budget is limited and if you want to be more self sufficient in Paris

Hôtel seems old. Room was dusty, durty, stinky and noisy. The main floor is now a prayer room. I don't understand exactly why they are doing it here.. Anyway. Better than outside. But I recommend another place

Never even stayed here. Had to cancel my trip due to unfortunate events and this hotel claimed I still went even though I cancelled my only flights to Paris! And kept the money that I was trying to be refunded for.
