The collection of bulky items is disastrous. Totally unsuitable for people moving unless ordering the mover on collection day in your area. This is the answer given to me on the phone by the agent who was not even able to know if 64 was an odd or even number !!! She insisted that I tell her. Appalling considering the taxes we pay.
