Town Hall of Fresnes

Very courteous reception entrance hall

Bjr, I advise against going there. My wife went to ask for the identity card renewal form and it was very poorly received. The lady present at the reception today on 10/27/2020 at 3:45 p.m. asked her why she had not gone to another town hall to have this document or that we live in FRESNES. She took 3 copies of the documents and gave one to the gentleman who arrived just before and asked my wife to be patient. The people present asked us why she did not give us the document that they were there and why she made us wait for nothing. We told them that we should not get into this kid's game. I have been to Chevilly-la-Rue town hall before and we are very well received and the staff very friendly. Fortunately, not all staff have this attitude towards people. Even the mayor, some members of your staff do not highlight your town hall.

The staff are welcoming and friendly but those who wear a mask are very rare !!! It's still amazing !!!
