Employees are not prepared to help foreigners. They do not even know the information from the French public service site and to justify themselves, they say that the decisions are different from one town hall to another.

The positive points: Flowery city crossed by the green belt leading straight to the park of Sceaux. It is good to live there and the people are respectful. The teaching is a strong point, with the great faculty of Sceaux, the IUT, the EPF and two high schools of quality. When spring arrives, the flowers spring up and it almost feels like the south, the sweet scent of cherry trees takes us to the guts and the pedestrian street has the air of a seaside resort. The negative points: Unfortunately, shops are still very expensive, especially for the poor students who are increasingly populating the city (with the construction of new residences). A few weird people on the green belt at night too. Otherwise, Sceaux is an almost perfect city.

Shocked to see a fountain running full blast and dissipating water into the atmosphere when we are in short supply. Lack of ecological intelligence or incompetence? And it is still the only municipality in the region where parking is paid in August!
