The town hall allows itself to refuse identity card files for "non-compliant photo" according to them. The town hall does not have the right to refuse a file: they must transfer it to CERT and it is they who can accept or refuse a file. It is unacceptable. The person nevertheless made my file reluctantly but did not send the file to the prefecture (file not received) therefore request canceled. Thank you to the town hall of Vitry.

Much too much waiting for a simple birth certificate extract. Wheelchair entry possible ... But not the exit which, due to COVID, requires taking the stairs! Pros: clean premises, pleasant staff

I find it strange for a town hall that town hall staff circulate there without a mask ... I thought it was mandatory during this period of epidemic for everyone. Yet at the entrance, a guard rigorously asks us to put it on and wash our hands with gel, so what's the point?
