FNAC Aéroport Orly 1

Visited the store yesterday afternoon 17/9. The 2 girls behind the counter were busy talking and I stood at the counter to wait until they finished their conversation. When I asked for a product she said they didn’t have it. I found what I wanted on the shelf, secondly I asked for a ruler or some sort of tape measure to measure another product. She seemed like she couldn’t be bothered looking. I decided it to buy anything. The staff are rude and unwilling to help. Very very disappointing considering I have been to much better Fanc stores.

Staff incompetent, 0 for the home, 0 for the commercial, 0 for civility, 0 for the dialogue, 0 for the service and 10 for aggression, several times I went through the Fnac to make purchases in this shop orly 3 after the customs, but here we are falling on a hysteric, unfortunately the service is lost in France we have the impression that we made the funds of drawers and that we recruit in a zoo, a thing to say a badly polished first, for a purchase in this shop and we find a girl, she pushes you while you try a helmet without excuse and on top of that we walk on the head, finish shopping in this shop
