Well the doctor is not mean but punctuality I think it is not in his vocabulary. Whenever I go there, it has at least 30 minutes of waiting. Wait 1h15 not being sick just for a medical certificate to finally get a bacterium in his waiting room, it's done. In addition, it is supposed to close at 19:30, at 19:50 there are still newcomers.
