I had a lady on the phone who had however explained that it would be minimum 70 EUROS (!!!) unless there was material to change. THERE WAS NO MATERIAL TO CHANGE, the gentleman tried to explain to me that it was another package. I didn't believe it for a single second unfortunately I didn't know how to react. You should be ashamed of taking advantage of a granny. (and as a BONUS, to dad: these days, a MASK would not be too much. Out of respect for your customers)
