I called them for a clogged sink and a problem with the flow of water in a tap. They came twice. The first time they told me that they had opened the sink, but did not tell me about a second request. Presumably forgotten by the plumber? Unable to explain the problem to me and tell me what to do. After checking, the sink was still blocked, I told them and they explained to me that it may be related to the evacuation. The second time the sink was still blocked (it would require a 3rd move for evacuation !!!) and they explained to me that I had to change the tap which had little flow. No invoice, no quote, called several times to convince me not to change the plumber, 264 euros.
