Monceau Fleurs

I have tried to reach Monceau Fleurs via emails or phone calls for a few days but no luck. I have ordered flowers for funeral ceremony of my brother's in-laws in Paris on Thursday Nov 7. The bouquet was supposed to be delivered Saturday Nov 9. As of now No 11 still nothing, and not hearing anything back to know what's the issue. I even called them no answer. Called other branches, as typical French, no one speaks even a word of English. This is definitely one of the worst customer service you can experience. And it is not only one branch of MF, but an issue to be solved in their HQ.

We ordered compositions for a funeral. The flowers were delivered on time to the funeral home. These compositions were produced with taste and had a very good volume. Thank you to the florist who listened and returned our request.
