Bad experience with this insurance, they are very good at selling but as soon as you ask them for a service or a possible renegotiation of contracts, it becomes very complicated. And still happy that I did not have a claim. In short, you might as well go directly to the insurance companies, I don't see where their added value is 😶

To avoid insurance that is not digitized, to have an insurance certificate you have to spend long minutes waiting on the phone. Luckily I haven't had any claims. I will never go through a broker again the next time I go directly to my contract with a real insurer. I had someone in the head office as my agency was unresponsive after more than 30 minutes of waiting he clearly was kidding me. What good is paid for poor service.

Very good at ripping off vulnerable people. Have signed contracts with my mother who does not understand French well and of course to terminate it is a hassle not possible. Insurance in the age of time, first money then money and finally money
