Not having been satisfied with the after-sales service of the company which had installed the double glazing at my home, I preferred to call on the Company Bak systemes which intervened within very reasonable deadlines despite the current context and which achieved an excellent benefit. Thanks to Malek who solved my problem with seriousness and kindness, as well as to Laurence for his warm welcome and responsiveness. I recommend ! and will call on Bak again for a future window replacement.
