A stranger to mailbox and locksmith mechanisms, I sent a message via Google Maps to this address. Answer on a Saturday afternoon, between the two end of year celebrations, in barely an hour. Very welcoming, very precise and cordial. Signed by a man named Laurent.
As I wanted to do without the service company offered by the co-ownership (alarming costs), I decided to invest my time to learn more about the subject, with my first visit to a shoemaker.
Unsure when I had to remove the lock, I contacted Laurent who was proactive and instantaneous in his response. I am still waiting for the brochure with the new name to put everything back in place, but I am already confident in the follow-up provided by this expert.
