The schedules are not respected, nor the commitments made. Friendly and open at first glance, the gentleman is in fact just not professional at all.

He even deserves zero stars thanks to a lack of professionalism he does not answer the phone even if you leave him a voicemail, almost three weeks and I can't get my shoes back I really do not recommend going to his place

Schedules not respected. Unreachable. I had to collect shoes on Saturday, paid in advance. Saturday 3 times ... shop closed. The shoemaker cannot be reached. This morning at 10 a.m. closed when it should have been open since 9:30 a.m. no respect for its customers.

I had old keys to do. This is where I got them, I recommend. Correct price.

NULL SERVICE AND MEDIOCRE WORK! I had them make a copy of my apartment key (cost 25 €). After using it once, I get stuck outside with the key that does not open the door at all. It was a Saturday night at 18h. I had to call a locksmith to come open my door. Cost of the trip: 90 € (and I was lucky he managed to open without having to drill the lock !!). So I left the next Tuesday at CH4 Shoe Repair & Key Minute for me to redo a key; I test it at night and again, the key does not work! Living in the 9th, I called another locksmith down the house who tried to resize the key correctly, without success. So he had to remake me a new key (cost 35 €), which this time worked immediately and works very well since. I called CH4 Shoe Repair & Minute Key who categorically refuses to refund the first key, claiming that their accounting does not allow them to do! And I propose to continue to test and go back and forth between the 13th and 9th to test each key they will! Of course, I have nothing to do ......... Result: a copy of key cost me a total of 150 € because of a job poorly done! The slightest thing would have been to refund the amount of the defective key! I have never seen an after-sales service as bad and so little business. Conclusion: this trade is to avoid if you have keys to do and do not want to be at the door of your home.
