Too bad I can't put 0. Harassed by the receptionist who was watching us from behind the window. He obviously welcomes us without a mask. Arrived at the door of our accommodation, 5 cockroaches dying on the floor "it's the apartment next door that has cockroaches, don't worry" reassures the visitor. I strongly advise against any normal person going there. This is not a student residence. We haven't even visited the apartment.

I confirm what the previous comment says, there are cockroaches ... Unfortunately I spotted the first night of my arrival! The apartments are poorly insulated and the noise from the traffic under the windows is just horrible ... I lived 2 and a half years in one of these studios and I was delighted to leave. It's okay to help out.

Just lamentable. PASS YOUR WAY !!! Residence completely neglected by the lessor: EGI Conseil !! They make ONLY errors, are mistaken in the rent price, forget to deduct the apl and even make you pay 2 times the rent in the same month by "error" !!! Not to mention their inability to be reachable or to repair the establishment (6 months without internet, cockroaches on the 2nd and 3rd floor, broken elevator still not repairing for 1 month, and so on !!!). The only star goes to Victor, the guard who tries to save the house as best he can.

If only I could put 0 star! Announcement that says student residence but one has the impression of being in an HLM, there are only families and children. Thin walls, I hear the cries of my neighbor's newborn every day that wake me up at 5 a.m. No 24 hour reception and no wifi. I was given my studio it was super dirty, cockroaches everywhere even after intervention. If you are a student do not rent here !!!!!!!

Especially flee this residence, poorly maintained, there are cockroaches everywhere even in the elevator, neighbors really not livable, it could really be horrible.
