ibis Orly Chevilly Tram 7

It was a neat room and everything that I needed was in there. I was really satisfied with the room and the breakfast the last morning.

There is no air cond nor is there any fan. The tempaerature was 42 degrees. It was sleeping on a sauna bed. No apologies given. The flush not working, the windows have to repeatedly called for maintenance. Staff needs to be trained in hospitality management. Dont trust their mission statement.

My stay here was a great experience. I wanted to stay near the airport (to cut uber cost) and still have easy access to Paris. Staying here allowed me to do so. The Tram 7 which is about a 3 minute walk brought us to the metro station and gave us extremely easy access to transportation in Paris. The rooms were very clean and all the staff including those at reception to the maintenance were very friendly. I know no French but communication was not difficult at all considering that many know English well. The breakfast was delicious and I still brag to those here in New York how I tasted the yummiest crossiants at the hotel. I also enjoyed the fact that even after our check out time (12 pm) we were still able to keep our luggage in a storage room for an additional 2 hours for free. Overall, my mother and I had a great experience for our first time in France and will definitely be returning.

One Star for the staff. One Star for location and accomodation. Small rooms. Could be a little bit more cleaner. One Star for price. Parking was €10 a day. Free internet. In the morning I went to the closest Carfour where they got a variety of food. If you are travelling to Eifel Tower. As you come out of the Hotel turn left and walk for 16 minutes you will see the last stop of the tram there is a Station there it costs €9.80 one way to Arc the Triumphe which is close to Eifel Tower it takes about an hour. And you need to change two trains. Well worth it. Über costs about €25. Make sure you buy plenty of water as there is hardly any shops near Arc De Triumphe or Eifel Tower.

Clean and tidy but no air con in rooms so quickly get hot. I understand it's a budget hotel and that's why they are so small but in countries where is can get hot 34 degrees air con is needed as room got very hot quickly. Which meant a very uncomfortable nights sleep
