Online purchase via the doctipharma site order product shower gel washing oil of the brand uriage in 1 liter. Product ordered pay in front of arrived Thursday, Sep 2, 2020. Delivery in 1 to 3 days. I have to make a complaint to the site which explains to me that they are out of stock that my order will be canceled and refunded a shame of not knowing how to update these stocks. I do not recommend at all

Empty stocks, no display yet mandatory that they apply their selling prices, forced sale since they ordered a product (harness) without being able to make me try it and it turns out that it does not suit me : allergy + size too small. They offer a credit note as compensation, a credit that I would never have because when I decried their procedure (aka having made me buy a product without being able to try it and tell me that it is MY fault) I got yelled at by the pharmacist, joined by his colleague. I took my things and would not be returning. To flee.

My favorite pharmacy, the staff are very pleasant, attentive, helpful ..... and that's the main thing!
