Trustee not very responsive, who does not follow the files and loses information. Failure to respect the co-ownership regulations.

Trustee unable to enforce a joint ownership agreement. disrespectful and liars employees. Errors on loads (sometimes more than 500 €) every year. incomprehensible billing additions. We have to wait more than 6 months for a simple valve repair. And for that matter, the benefit of letters sent to owners for their ads as a real estate agent.
