As a seller I was disappointed: No return on visits, aggressive and anxiety-provoking speech based on many erroneous statements (supposedly rate hikes, biased comparison of prices with other goods not having the same characteristics ...) aiming to have price offers accepted well below the asking price. If you are a buyer and the seller is in a hurry you can get a pretty good deal in the win loose mode. The 4% commission can be negotiated at 3 if the agency is cornered (if the end of mandate date is close)
