I called to make an appointment to visit a house and they said the next appointment available they had was in 2 weeks. I took it and waited two weeks to see this house. I called 2 days before the appointment to confirm it and another person answered and said our appointment was noted. Today is the day I am supposed to visit the house, and the agency called me 4 hours before the appointment and left me a message, saying that they published the house on another website and ‘unfortunately’ it has been rented out by someone else. You can make your own conclusions about this, but I’m extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism.

As part of our application for the rental of this property (very good quality it should be specified) we were very well (and clearly) accompanied in the procedures. Madame Brevet was very professional and friendly. Many thanks to her.

I believe that a star is nicknamed for this agency. To avoid .. (coldness, lack of professionalism). Bad experience: I go home to see offers to rent an apartment. At the entrance and while remaining standing (without asking me to sit down), the lady at the reception immediately asks me in an embarrassing and bizarre way, did I know the conditions for renting !! Without trying to find out what I want ... I didn't know how to take it. Knowing that I am a senior manager and I make a good living. I went directly to see the competition.

Very professional service and very complete support throughout the process. Nothing to say about the services offered, the agency allowed us to find an apartment rental that suits us perfectly. Our contact, Ms. Brevet, therefore met our expectations perfectly, with competence and enthusiasm.

I recommend this agency, whose professionals show great listening skills. I greatly appreciated the dedication, the seriousness, the investment and the service provided. A big thank you to Ms. Brevet and Ms. Mazaudet.
