Very bad reception, unpleasant person, hangs up on the nose

The orthopedic shoes that made it to my child got a lot of compliments from the professional. It is true that the reception of Mr. is not his strong point but it remains a very nice person who does a job perfectly well and for me the main thing is not the person in himself but his work. So thank you for these quality shoes!

1 week to make an appointment. I waited 1 hour in a tiny noisy waiting room, door open, overlooking the street. No reception after 45 mm, I then signal my presence, a voice says "I'm coming .." Finally I left the place upset after an hour of waiting. No reaction on his part, this gentleman had no professional attitude and did not take care to appear before me. I lost 1 week of waiting for nothing and 1 hour in total indifference for orthopedic insoles. Why set an appointment and a specific time if you are unable to keep this commitment? . Therefore I will not recommend this address to anyone. I finally resumed another appointment elsewhere on Villejuif three days later and I was greeted immediately without any expectations.
