The staff were very helpful and patient in looking for our parcel despite the queue. They eventually found our parcel even though our name was wrongly entered at the point of ordering online. There's no queue to enter the shop but the wearing of mask is compulsory and there's a security guard at the entrance who distributes disinfectant.

I went to the JD Sport store to pick up my order the seller told me they have problems with their carrier so he took my details and called me back 2 days later telling me that he had received it until all was well good. So I go back to look for my package that no one can find! He will have 3 people to find him after 30min when the manager speaks badly to the customer speaks badly to his salespeople. She has no sense of commerce and there is no consistency in the way of managing the team which she is very pleasant and helpful. I'm not ready to come back!

I placed an order on December 18th and since new ones. I received an email saying that my order is confirmed and since there is nothing. We can't have them on the phone. I sent an email there is nothing nobody manifests. And I was still taken
