The drive is catastrophic, full of missing items at each pass, not very serious!

After a worry of waiting customer service Made contact with me to apologize for the delay.

Dishonest shop. Delivery not in accordance with expectations. Refusal of the store to refund me. Carrefour customer service call 3 times that tells me to take into account my request. 3 weeks later, still nothing. To flee, as well in quality of customer service, listening, seriousness and honesty.

I would like to put zero but it is impossible. I raced to be delivered to my home Saturday, May 18 at 14:30. We have not been delivered or warned. This morning I call the store, it is explained that the delivery service is closed, so I must spend Monday in the store to get explanations. In the end, my races will take 48 hours to be delivered.
