I have never seen such an unwelcoming and commercial bodyminute !! Several times I come to have my waxing and either I am told an incredibly long waiting time when there are NO clients in the waiting room. Either I am told that it will not be possible because it is 6:35 pm and that the salon closes at 7:30 pm knowing that there were TWO clients in front of me ... Tell me that we must support local businesses ... we must especially support those who want to work and who give themselves the means !!

Not very warm welcome, hair removal in 5 minutes and at each visit, they cannot either take you, or you have to wait at least 1 hour, or it does not happen at the right time so it is not possible. Also we receive offers by sms which are not necessarily feasible here although the subscription was created here. Otherwise good hygiene of the premises. After the concept and fortunately there are other places!

I am very satisfied with this institute. the services are of very good quality. The whole team is very welcoming. And the manager Pascale is very nice. To recommend!
