Unfriendly, and this on several occasions, otherwise I would not have noticed them. And in the midst of a pandemic crisis, the saleswoman refused me payment by credit card. "It's a little too tight Madam, it is from 6 euros". My postcard was 4.95. I asked him "in full covid, do you refuse contactless payment?". She replied "well yes" A shame! A baguette at 1.10 is paid by contactless credit card ... I went to the bookstore next door and I scanned myself and paid my postcard without contact. Next time I will go straight there!

There is everything you need. The welcome is warm, even basic products are of quality. Bring your children there, the paper mills are real "madeleines de Proust". I strongly advise you to make it your place of daily replenishment. Prefer shops near you rather than supermarkets. At least Les Beaux Papiers is kept with love and it smells of creativity.
