Incompetents without experiences !! Go back to train it would be better! Apart from pumping money and wasting time, you are doing nothing else. To avoid clearly !! I'm not the type to leave comments on the sites but there I could not miss!

All the BCAs are just a bunch of crooks and I weigh my words, we had to deal with an alternate for a vehicle whose value exceeded 16k and they are not screwed to do an expertise with a vehicle with the same finishes, they are all more disagreeable than each other on the phone especially the secretaries who are clearly incompetent, I can tell you that if I had been able to lodge a complaint I would have done so

they know how to make dirty money

Very unpleasant young woman on the phone who does not hesitate to send you out for a stroll if you are unfortunate enough to indicate that they have made a mistake in the garage that will do the repairs! As for the expert, a certain Mr. Joubert, who arrives at 8:15 am instead of 8:30 am (opening time of the garage) to assess my vehicle and leaves immediately ... that it made to reschedule an appointment .. In short to avoid !!
