I warmly thank the Consulate General of Italy in Metz because following an error by the Italian police concerning a stay that I never made, the consulate got in touch with the services concerned (not speaking myself Italian) and were able to resolve the dispute within days. Thank you very much, I highly recommend their service and thank them for their listening and their kindness.

This and the second time I go, both times they have not been able to help me !! They always say they do everything oline! But then I wonder! .... what is the use of this consulate! ???!

Covid rules respected, kindness, effectiveness and speed. Italy would be better than Japan if the whole country worked like this consulate
