CHAM = crook. Absolutely to be avoided. Having a contract with the agency of Aubagne I quickly realized the non-existent professionalism of this structure and worse of the lies and attempted scams implemented. Postponements of visits 3 times a year at the last moment despite the days off. Wrong withdrawals (too much perceived). The collection of a payment for a chimney sweep when the contract already provided for it. The technician who incorrectly replaces the flue causing an incident in the stove. And when he returns to replace the mechanism, CHAM records the displacement as the annual visit. An agency manager who never reconnects with the client who asks to speak to him. To flee from above all.

I have been a customer since 1969 at Cham Roncq for the supply and maintenance of my boiler Last December 30th, this one broke down after 11 years without any incident, I call on your services, dead gas coil diagnosis. Your company ordered on December 31 for a reel but with the holidays the delivery is longer, I understand. On Tuesday January 7 I phone to find out where my repair is and there the person on the phone quite unpleasant besides tells me yes she has arrived we will come Thursday 9 no place before she answers me. That's it or we don't come. Do you realize at 78 years old I went more than 8 days without heating, I was not even offered additional heating. On Thursday 9 the coil is mounted, the heating turns on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nothing safe. On Monday morning, a technician passes a dead electronic banner diagnostic. I still paid the reel 102.30 €. I made the decision to put a new boiler. At 78 years old living alone, not much income, the person on the phone refused me payment in 4 installments so I wrote 2 checks for € 1,750 Thursday, January 16 a new condensing boiler was installed remarkable work and a very competent person then the technician came for commissioning with clear and precise explanations very helpful. This is the first time that I have had problems in 50 years of loyalty to you. If you could give a gesture of goodwill the part only worked 2 days I would appreciate it. copy of the letter sent on 02/14/2019 (mail and e-mail) and still unanswered: Subject: CLAIM Sir, Following the intervention of your technician at my home on 03/02/2020, he overcharged the service (157.32 euros for 125.15 euros actually!) I paid the technician by bank check this amount of 157.32 euros to the end of his speech I called REIMS CHAM Mulot Sté on 04/02/2020 who confirmed to me that the intervention was only 125.15 euros and the check of 157.32 euros that I had made must have returned together with the invoice I received the invoice on 02/10/2020 but without the return check. I therefore remind the CHAM Mulot Company which confirms to me that this must be seen with the accounts and that my check would have actually been returned to me. On 02/14/2020 I notice that my check for 157.32 euros is debited from my bank account! I call the CHAM Mulot company at 9:30 am to report this malfunction and ask for explanations. We have to keep me posted !!! Without reminder in the morning of the CHAM Mulot Company, I will call again at 11.45 am to warn them of this anomaly and to warn her that I will be spending the afternoon to be reimbursed for the overpayment. And it was only during my visit to the Reims offices this afternoon around 3 p.m. that the reimbursement request was made by the secretariat (If I hadn't moved, this request would still not have been made! !!). And again, it was not even possible to reach someone at the MASSY center (no answer on the phone!). As for obtaining an interview with a manager of the Reims site, I was told that there is no manager on site! It has been 2 weeks since the CHAM Mulot Company "walks me". It is inadmissible to have a check debited which does not correspond to the amount of the invoice! In addition, the secretary tells me that in the case of your procedures, I must wait 3 to 4 weeks to get reimbursed, it is unacceptable! So I demand a prompt refund, In the meantime, please accept Sir, my best regards.
