RUN AWAY !!! I strongly advise anyone looking for a rental to refrain from going through this condominium manager who has only the name and forgets his sense of duty! No professionalism, they do not answer emails or the phone, no reactivity, lack of loyalty, I have the impression that this trustee is a vast scam.

To flee: I am in Toulouse and I am "managed" by FONCIA T945, it's a disaster, the old manager was non-existent all like the new ones, 3 months that I pay for a parking badge without or having access, no 'access to the letterbox, and I still do not have a building badge. No response to my many emails and all my calls.

NEVER pass this manager! Catastrophic management, unreachable by phone or by mail, I've never seen that! Glad not to have to deal with them anymore even if I still haven't got my deposit back. In short, run away from these incompetent people!
