I found the announcement via a dedicated application. The agent who handled me was very competent and pleasant. Upon signing the lease, everything was done quickly and very organized.

Another incompetent professional! To avoid

Obviously this agency lacks a real professionalism to say anything else .... I applied for an apartment rental in this agency with a file largely meeting the criteria requested (financial and other aspects). Despite this, being the first candidate for this lease (dixit my interlocutor), no news agency. I contacted a few times after this agency to know where was my file and it was replied that the property had been rented. It seems that there may be other selection criteria in this agency ... It does not matter long ago that I incorporated this factor into my everyday life. However, I still wanted to give my opinion to avoid those in my situation (not French origin but with nationality ...) not to waste time. Indeed, the latter contacted me on October 28 not to explain the reason (s) for which I have never heard from him about my application but to blame me for having filed a comment… In addition, the arguments put forward by this gentleman as to why my file was not retained are surrealistic. Small anthology: For this rental located in Antony with a rent of € 1080 monthly it should have been on permanent contract with a status frame and adequate salary. So of two things one: • Either your employee did not take care to look at my file (on permanent contract since 2001 in the same company with an annual salary of more than 90k € gross and a status of executive) • Either to apply for this type of renting at ORPI you have to have a salary higher than 100k € annual versus a rent of 1080 € monthly I want to reassure you, I have no disappointment vis-à-vis this situation but just a little surprised by the method ... I will not fail to contact you again for new visits to other properties in your agency and deposit my file again. Hoping that you will pay special attention. From the first appraisal appointment to the sale of my house, Ms. Roure was efficient, available, reactive, very humane. If I have the opportunity, I'll call on her, that's for sure!
