dear monoprix sceaux (rue houdan) i have been a loyal customer for 10 years now and i know this monopris is one of the most expensive in the country. No issue at all because it was well run.. the last 3 weeks i have seen a serious detoriation in the level of service. to name a few.. the floors are really dirty now for 3 weeks in a row. i asked the manager if his machine is broken ' i am working on a new schedule" pieces of product and paper everywhere, the product shelves are not clean anymore. the product labelling and pricing is all different now. normal products have been out of stock now for weeks e;g; oranges bio, darjeeling black tea, wattwiller water. and it is being discussed among customer so change your attitude quickly pls or you loose your reason for existance.. sunday 22 sept a new visit. really terrible again. see pictures. when don they get it?? dirty non hygienic..

Service deplorable

I go there once a week for years taking advantage of the parking and promotions (including those on my loyalty card) BUT I recommend that you systematically check your sales receipt because about 1 in 2 certain promotions advertised on the shelf do not do not go automatically to the cashier, and you have to have time to get reimbursed (almost 10 euros recovered the last time!). Do not count on an apology for the inconvenience caused, I even come to wonder if it is not deliberate to increase the bill with customers who are not vigilant!
