MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! The manager is ... HALLUCINANT !!! Terrible welcome, speaks to me in an aggressive tone in front of other customers (I was just asking if my promo code was only valid on the site or also in store) and picks me up with a sarcastic tone when I say goodbye and good luck on leaving (although I said it without a second thought, I was simply saying good luck for this holiday season !!!) !!! Are we in a playground ??? Never seen that ... I came out stunned by what had just happened !!! One less customer for me even if I think it is very much the same to her! But too bad, I will not set foot there again ...

Effectively no problem with the team. However the problem is the manager! Great job! Unfriendly, sends customers to walk ... very professional indeed ...

Top team. Top advice. Even though a few people don t like certain things in this store, I just think the team is doing their best to adapt, to respond to customers in a nutshell: to be professional.
