Very bad experience on several occasions with the saleswoman for sending and recovering global relay packages. Not at all friendly, does not open on time and Madam does not have time to check whether a package has arrived or not. The polite formulas and the smile are at the head of the customer .. Each time I go backwards it is to finish world relay at her place I would go elsewhere, and from what I hear I am not the only one to think so.

Great welcome, Ms. Debourges is very professional and provides great advice. I often use his relay point for the delivery of my packages and I am fully satisfied each time !! I highly recommend ;)

Very disappointed with the attitude of the manager / salesperson when receiving a package. I had sent back a parcel which she redirected as soon as pretending that I could have come to recover it the 1st time. (The 2 times I went by she told me to come back because "overwhelmed") It does not matter (though. .) the package will come back to me via another relay point but she loses a client.
