Is not rarer to buy something from there and get home open the bag and see that vegetables are bad shape

Attention to the drive of this Carrefour. Having placed an order in March 2020 for an amount of about 80 euros, I ended up with 2 small shopping bags worth thirty euros (saying that the rest was unavailable!).
So I refused the order to do my shopping directly in the store (I found all the products supposedly missing).
A week later, I see that Carrefour has taken from me the amount of the order that I refused. For more than 2 months I have been fighting for the reimbursement of this excessive levy.
