I ordered from them a beam, I've never seen the color: 1 / I am told that I can spend Friday, I arrive, the beam is not ready (ride for nothing!) 2 / I am told that it will be delivered to me on a specific date: never heard from the carrier. I call and there lack of total communication between the commercial service and the delivery service. THE ORDER ALWAYS NOT READY. 3 / I request a refund because obviously they are not able to provide me the product in question. I am still not reimbursed to date (refund every 20 months ... in addition to the accountant's holidays). Does it make you envious ? Especially since the prices are not attractive at all! Very bad experience for me. I advise against.
