Thrifty Car Rental (Aéroport Brest Bretagne)

Scandalous !!! I paid for a 5 day rental but could never get my car back because my cb did not work on arrival when I paid the deposit. I had prepaid renting on the internet, had on me another cb in the name of my spouse who worked and especially I had money in cash to advance the deposit but "the procedure is the procedure" they needed a cb to my name that works. So I found myself walking with my 15-month-old baby and all my suitcases. No possibility either to rent the baby seat alone because "the procedure does not allow it and I might be tempted to sue them if I have an accident". The height of the absurd ... Here is an agency where "procedures" are so well respected that one can leave a woman alone with a baby, without even granting him the rental of a car seat. And of course no possibility to recover the money paid because the rental is non-refundable. A wasted vacation, risks taken on the road with a baby, money lost. An agency to flee.
