Top team! Little waiting, nickel vehicle and correct price. They take the time to walk around the vehicle with us and explain everything to us. We are light years away from other rental companies. It is with great pleasure that I will return to Enterprise!

Rent vehicles that offer a level damage tolerance. With a rectangular card having a circle in the middle. For scratches and enforcements. Possibility of depositing the keys in a key box if the agency is ever closed.

Terrible experience with picking up the car and returning it. I had rented a car at ENTERPRISE BREST via expedia for 10.30am. The day before someone calls me to talk about the unavailability of the SUV and we wonder how they manage their fleet. I asked them what they had in the park and they had to send me an email that I never received, even in spam. I landed and I could not have a Fiat 500 until 1:30 p.m. so it was unacceptable to wait so much when they should have refused to rent a non-existent car for 10:30 a.m. On the way back, at the parking lot it was super activity and I understand that they work just in time because they were cleaning a car with the customer who was waiting. And I also expected the inventory of my car like other customers. In short, a versatile staff, overwhelmed and insufficient I lost so much time during this return that when I wanted to take a taxi, there was none because they only come to Brest airport for flights and there the customers were already out and all taxis flown away. Another one hour wait for a taxi and the promise never to re-let ENTERPRISE at any point.

Reservation price 88 euros for a compact automatic gearbox. Once there, price 131 euros for a manual transmission twingo ... Very long processing time and covering costs with my company did not work. In short, I am going back to europcar, much faster and without fuss.

As for car rental, not much to say. However, with regard to the management of their vehicle fleet, the group's services leave something to be desired ... To have information following a “hanging” (door knock leaving a 5cm mark on the passenger side door), forced to go in person to the agency because no one picks up after ten calls and a message, however courteous, left on the answering machine. I forgot to specify that the deposit cashed on the spot for this "hanging" is € 849 and that after 10 days without news, we are entitled to ask questions. Arrived at the agency, forced to remind their employees that an "accident" vehicle must be immobilized in order to be able to pass it in front of the expert and then start work. Otherwise they leave it in the circuit, and you in an infinite wait at the same time. After 10 days already lost, I learn 20 days later from the agency (after calling them because there is still no news) that the car has left the garage and is back in the circuit. I am therefore supposed to logically receive the invoice and the reimbursement of the difference in the amount of the work. Still, customer service must have received the said invoice ... 4 weeks later, after having got into the habit of calling customer service once a week so that he starts up the repair service again to obtain the invoice for the work (otherwise it does not worry them any more than that), he there is still no progress on the side of my file, however the car, it circulates very well. Conclusion, poorly managed vehicle fleet (nobody knows where the vehicle is with each phone call) and poor management of customer files in the event of problems. So choose another car rental agency if you can, because if unfortunately you have a problem with one of their vehicle ...
