I took a truck home in late July, a 30 m3 for a move of 1200 km. I took the truck on Friday, July 27 in the morning, when the pre-established inventory by the commercial already had two impacts forgotten. The trip goes smoothly but in return, on July 30, the commercial asks us where is the spare wheel? !!? There was never a spare wheel that was supposed to be in the truck at a rod. A rod actually present but where there has never been a spare wheel ... My two friends and I are certain and at no time when taking the vehicle we were told ... Fortunately we did not burst anyway! A few days later I go back to show my discontent and I ask them where is the truck, the salesman quietly tells us that the truck is gone ... Without spare wheel, but that the new customer knows and accepted that !! In short, I feel scammed ...
