In October 2020, I went to make an appointment to change the front and rear pads on my car, in November 2020 I had a counter visit so I'm going to the garage again to do the repairs then we come to see it and we tells me that the work in October was carried out as it should already at the rear there is no pad but the drums then at the front the pads were not changed, so at the October there was no work done I paid a huge bill all the same so they did nothing on my vehicle 😡 Obviously I don't intend to stop there and of course no one is able to know what '' he knows how to get by that day so I am warned that a refund will be made so normal and in passing they will make a commercial gesture again normal I had to wait for their call to arrange an appointment 1 week after still no phone call So the pressure is mounting I go to the garage and I ask for reimbursement tota he immediately reimbursed me the invoice and warned me that we made a commercial gesture a joke there was no commercial gesture we had the reimbursement of our October invoice but no commercial gesture the person who does the work in October is unable to know what to do with that day so when you send your car there you may have surprises (paid a bill without repair) GARAGE TO FIRE

I bought windshield wipers, asked for information about work, emailed everything fine but no news. If the workshop work is done so quickly, no thank you I'll pass

Taken on time, vehicle returned on time. Change of 4 tires. Perfect

Next time I will do my own work on my car because of minimum service. Putting a tire on a spare tire left me with the wheel in the trunk. Normally during an oil change 50 visual check points and 4 leveling, not carried out, a manager did it to me in the parking lot. And so I don't know more about my car if there is a pb or not.
