Incompetent staff. Order placed 5 days before the click & collect collection, once in front of the store, it was closed, with no indication of how to get the bouquet, and impossible to contact anyone ... After finally having managed to get someone on the phone the next morning, the person told me that they forgot to tell me that the bouquet was to be picked up in the store next door ... Maybe it should have been put a word on the door to indicate that ?! In short, if you need a bouquet for a special occasion, a piece of advice, avoid Le Jardin Des Fleurs!

The staff are cheerful and pleasant. The shop is very welcoming, the compositions are superb! I highly recommend.
