Totally shared opinion. An unpleasant secretary who stands in the way and to whom you have to tell her whole medical file to have an appointment, and another much more pleasant. I would add that the doctors are not often there and that it creates a problem in the follow-up because tossed from one doctor to another, or replacement, the whole file to be explained again. Positive point: listening from the doctors.

2 secretaries on site. It's a coin toss for friendliness and non-judgment. For doctors, plan to be sick a few days in advance. A follow-up is quickly complex (doctors not available, absent, complete ...) Not to mention the replacement often missing the plate. Until then, perfect for a cold or a seasonal illness, quickly overwhelmed for something else ...
