I bought a watch on the Julien D'Orcel website and I got it from this store. 6 months later, it no longer works. The store tells me that I can't bring it back for repair !!!, I have to do it myself. This is strong, because I went to see another jewelry store, which is not Julien D'Orcel and which offers to bring my watch for free to have it repaired !!!!

A big thank you to this saleswoman who took the time to advise my partner and I to choose our wedding rings while trying as much as possible to respect our small budget. Very smiling and patient, she was able to delight us! Not like this snobbish saleswoman at Histoire d'Or who judged us because of our "too small budget"

Watch out of order for purchase !!! I buy a watch on a Saturday that does not work from the start, suddenly I go back to the store and there I am told that I must leave it for a whole week to have it repaired, rather than offering an exchange with a model in stock. It would have been wise because I have to leave without my watch which is not very commercial. I work in commerce too and always find an alternative to the customer rather than leaving them to leave very upset ... I think this was my last purchase from this chain store.
